The custom-built manufacture

  Time after time, Spechim specialize in custom-built manufacture. That means the manufacture of "sur mesure" products for customers who don't possess an infrastructure capable to produce them themselves or simply who don't desire produce them in their own workrooms.
The reliable relationship between the customer and Spechim is essential for custom-built manufacture.
As a matter of fact, Spechim has to possess a maximum of elements at the conception level to bring the entrusted mission to a succesful conclusion.
To manage to do it, we establish with customers' collaboration a charges notebook of conception the most completed as possible.
On our hand we implement all our "know how" to realise the product requested by the customer.

   We realise all mixing types (liquids, powders, pastes) from 400 Kg to several tons.

  Every possibilities can be considered to conceive the custom-built manufactures. Either we can realise them from the beginning to the end with our raw materials, our packaging and labels or the customer can provide either one or the other raw material or packaging.

  Spechim also does conditioning of chemicals without mixing.

  Manufacture

For the productions, Spechim has got a very completed equipment park.

For liquids and gels :

Several stainless, enamel, synthetic mixers from 400 to 5000 L capacity.
The most of them have got heating and cooling system.

 

 

For powders :

Stainless mixer "Gondard" type with 1000 Kg of useful capacity.

Stainless kneading trough for 100 Kg of useful capacity for premixes.

Grinders, crushers and vibrating sieves.

  

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Conditioning

Spechim possess different filling systems for liquid and powder.

For liquids.

Full automatic filling and labelling lines for flasks from 60 ml to 5.000 ml.
Several semi-automatic filling machines for different volumes.
(Flasks - drums - barrels...)

For powders :

Several filling machines for powders and granules from 200 g to 25 Kg
(sachets, pots, bags, buckets...)

Big-bags filling from 250 Kg à 1000 Kg.

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Control

Our laboratory is equiped to do all quality controls on the whole production.

Those controls answer the charges notebook of our customers. With absence of specifications, Spechim applies its own specific analyse methods in particular by FTIR.

An analisys certificate is delivered for each manufacture.
